Morning Yoga

A mixed-level class that consists of breath techniques, postures, and meditation tools to enhance strength, flexibility and balance. Alignment and anatomy is integrated for a therapeutic experience. 

*Wear comfortable clothes that stretch and breath. Bring your own yoga gear if you have any however studio provides yoga mats, blocks, straps and water.
