Winter Yoga Flow

A winter flow that taps into the ancient medicine of India, Ayurveda where we will balance the elements of water and earth within us. Vinyasa (a free-flowing sequence of postures linked with breath) and Hatha (a system of energizing and relaxing postures) are the main styles integrated. Prepare to feel free, creative and invigorated at the end of practice. 

*Wear comfortable clothes that stretch and breath. Bring your own yoga gear if you have any however studio provides yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets and water.
