A winter flow that taps into the ancient medicine of India, Ayurveda where we will balance the elements of water and earth within, with the intention of translating 'flow' and 'grounding' into our everyday lives. Vinyasa (a free-flowing sequence of postures linked with breath) and Tantra-Hatha (a system of postures that are held actively and passively for a length of time counterbalanced with restorative, relaxing postures) are the main styles integrated.
