To truly stretch one must hold a pose for at least 3 minutes. The intention of this class is to go to that place of depth within yourself, to find relaxation and to release unwanted stagnation. Postures will be held for a longer period of time with as little “doing” as possible. This class is great for beginners, mammas-to-be, injuries, stress-reduction and yes, advanced practitioners too!
