Winter Yoga Flow

Winter, this is the most Yin time of the year and embodies the element of water. This class will be a mix of some sweaty Yang and some restorative Yin postures and sequences that invite aspects of the water element. The intention: to flow in your practice and in your life during the coldest time of the year. Don’t get stuck to your couch this winter, get flowing and why not start your New Year’s Resolution now!
