Fall Yoga Flow

Yoga is a disciplined practice that increases your flexibility, strengthens your muscles, centers your thoughts, and relaxes you. It is more than a workout for the body as it is breath-focused, requiring the mind to concentrate, thus creating a harmonious balance between the mind and body. When the mind and body are in harmony, dis-ease begins to take place in all aspects of us; physical, mental and emotional. Although Yoga has been around for over 5000 years, it is now factually proven to be a preventative exercise and cure for many diseases and imbalances that we suffer from today (as long as we are disciplined).
